DIALOGUES IN THE SCHAUFLER COLLECTION

In celebration of François Morellet’s (1926–2016) centenary, a selection of works by the French artist is being added to the museum’s collection display, opening up dialogues with works by other artists such as Donald Baechler, Tom Sachs, Rosemarie Trockel and others.
Morellet is a central figure of Geometric Abstraction. Over the course of his about seven-decade-long career, he developed a radical approach that combines rigour with playful ease and subtle irony. With SANTÉ, MORELLET!, the museum SCHAUWERK Sindelfingen joins the international congratulations for the artist’s anniversary year 2026.
